Random Forest outperforms four other classifier techniques when predicitng outcomes in a real estate setting.
Artificial Neural Networks, Support Vector Machines, Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbours and Simple Decision Tree models were the other classifier techniques trialled in this comparison of the predictive efficacy of diffrent techniques in predicting binary characteristics of real eastate assets - such as whether the asset had been qualified or not.
